I've written many blogs about the old American west. Gunfighters, lawmen, places, etc. But there was a part of the old west that has not gotten it's dues. It was a dark side of the frontier. The old west brothels.

Today we look back to the people who lived through those times and we see the hardships they endured. But mostly we see the men. The miners, railroad workers, outlaws, ranchers and such and we learn that their lives were hard, dirty and hot. Their days were long and laborsome. The old west was not an easy place to live.
